ally risk services inc has a very poor way of dealing with claims. took 6 months for my claim to be closed. they claim it was due to the pandemic however i filed long before the pandemic. claims department is not prompt at all. have had to resort to getting the michigan insurance commissioner involved. hopefully this gets some action. i would not recommend this company to anybody. worst insurance experience i have had.
ally risk services should be able to do their job and take care of claims and not make excuses for not getting things done. i will be getting in touch with the department of insurance i hope they can help.
