i had the pleasure of speaking with ashley over the phone. she was very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. she even provided me with a quote for the insurance policy i was looking for. i would definitely recommend allen financial insurance group to anyone looking for insurance.
after working with this insurance broker now for over 10 years, i feel like i need to go ahead and say something about the positive experience i have had with them. our company has never had a claim, so i cannot speak to this process with allen financial. what i can speak to is the ability to understand our company's needs, ask the right questions and understand the different insurance policies and coverages available to us. their ability to clearly explain these and help us understand what our company needs are was a big differentiator to us and why we have stayed with them for so long.
