very helpful with informing me of coverage during this stressful time. i was having issues with my previous insurance and they helped out a lot with my car accident. they were very compassionate and helpful. thanks, y'all!
alford & assoc inc failed to properly advise him of additional coverage options. in the end, this resulted in an accident that was ruled not covered by insurance and left him with a hefty bill to pay. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
