i'm giving it a 2 star rating. i've been a client with this agency and from the start it's been a disaster. first they sent the initial policy late which caused me to get a penalty fee from my lender and a $300 fine from the city for not having insurance. then months later they raised my home insurance by $500 a month without any notice. when i called to cancel they told me i wouldn't get back my down payment even though i contacted them within 3 days of getting the policy. this agency is the worst and most unprofessional i've ever dealt with.
