great experience all around. i had a minor accident recently and they did everything they could to make the process as pain free as possible. i would highly recommend using this agency!
the claims process time took too long and the customer service was rude when i called to ask for status updates. while this agency was excellent at the beginning of our relationshp, they have only gone down hill since.
