my husband and i experienced the absolute worst customer service in our lives. back in the summer of 2020, my husband and i switched our home and auto insurance to abundance advisors. we were grateful to have found an agency that promised fast, easy service and affordable prices. we recently decided we wanted to bundle our homeowners, automobile, and life insurance together. i called abundance advisors several times to speak with an agent about this. the front desk staff kept assuring me i would receive a call back from an agent. after several attempts, i finally received a call back from an agent named michael. michael went over the bundled insurance policy with me and assured me that our payments would decrease by hundreds of dollars per year.
