i was very pleased with the service i received from 'a quest for public adjusters, llc'. i had a recent hail storm and my insurance company was offering me a very low settlement. i contacted 'a quest for public adjusters' and they were able to get me a much higher settlement. the staff was very professional and helpful. i would definitely recommend 'a quest for public adjusters' to anyone who needs help with their insurance claim.
my experience with 'a quest for public adjusters, llc' was a nightmare. we had a recent hail storm and i filed a claim with my insurance company. the insurance company sent out an adjuster who offered a lowball settlement. i decided to contact 'a quest for public adjusters' to help me negotiate with the insurance company. after 45 days had passed, i had not heard back from them. when i finally did get in touch with them, i was told that they had been having computer issues and that my claim had been delayed. i was never contacted by 'a quest for public adjusters'. i had to call them every time i wanted an update. i ended up getting the same low-ball offer from the insurance company that i had initially received. i would not recommend 'a quest for public adjusters' to anyone.
