i wish there was a 0 stars option. the staff at this location are rude. there is a blonde woman and a man with head tattoos that work there. i went in with my boyfriend today and asked to file a claim. he gave me a form to fill out and i asked him how much the cost would be to replace my windshield. he said that i would have to pay $250. i didn't believe him so i called the corporate office and they said that there is no $250 deductible for a windshield replacement. i went back to the office to ask the man with head tattoos again and he told me that the corporate office was wrong. i am so frustrated with this location.
