compass insurance group inc located in 115 w 55th street ste 201, clarendon hills il, is not a good insurance company. my experience with them has been horrible, and they are extremely unprofessional and rude to work with. i have been a customer of compass insurance group inc for over 5 years, and during that time, i've had nothing but problems with them. every time i have a question or a problem, they're always rude and unhelpful. they never seem to have time for me, and they always make me feel like i'm a bother. i've had enough of their unprofessionalism and rudeness, and i'm switching insurance companies. i would not recommend compass insurance group inc to anyone.
