wat zlavick inc did not provide any updates for weeks on my recent claim. the claim was for theft of my 2015 dodge charger. i was told that they needed photos etc. and that i could provide them via email. i sent the photos and other required info 1 month ago and have not heard back from them since. i have called and left voicemails multiple times and no one has bothered to return my calls. i have now filed a formal complaint with the insurance commissioner.
