this place is a fraud and needs to be investigated! i spoke with a person named sharon rice and she not only lacked basic customer service skills but also gave me the run around and was very rude. i came in for auto insurance and sharon told me she would reach out to her manager and get back to me. i've been waiting for a call back for three weeks now after i called back to follow up and was treated as if i was a bother. i will be calling the insurance commissioner and filing a complaint.
