allstate has taken care of our auto insurance needs for several years now. they've always made sure we have the coverage we want at a reasonable cost, and they've been there to help us out whenever we've needed them. highly recommend.
some of the staff were good while others were extremely argumentative and rude. i've been with them for less than a year. they overcharged me on my initial policy and then got mad when i canceled it. the only good thing about them is that they were quick to sign me up and take my money.
