voya insurance solutions, inc. is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until the last year. in the last year, i have had nothing but problems with my claims being denied, my premiums being raised, and my customer service being terrible. i have called customer service on several occasions and have been hung up on, given the runaround, and lied to. i am so frustrated with this company that i am considering switching to another insurance company.
