carriage holding company inc does not answer their phone calls. my husband has insurance with them and we have been trying to cancel our policy since january 2022. we have called repeatedly and even attempted to go to the office at 3040 post oak blvd, suite 300, houston tx during their business hours. the office is empty. we have left messages with no return phone call. we are having to dispute the charges with our bank. we would not recommend this agency to anyone.
