i did not end up purchasing a policy. my son moved out without telling me and we did not have time to cancel the policy. i spoke with clarissa and she was amazing! she went ahead and refunded me the entire amount and was super sweet to a crying momma. thank you clarissa. i will tell all my friends and family to use 21st.
i was with geico for many years and dealing with them was always a struggle. with 21st, it's been such a smooth experience. i would recommend them to anybody.
