walton agency is the worst insurance agency i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a good experience. the staff is rude and unhelpful, and they are always trying to upsell me on products and services i don't need. i have had to file several claims over the years, and each time it has been a nightmare. the adjusters are slow to respond, and they often deny claims for no reason. i am finally switching to a new insurance agency, and i would advise anyone else to do the same.
