ann arbor insurance center inc is usually quick to respond to calls and very pleasant on the phone when i spoke with the representative. my premium did increase significantly year over year with no explanation, so i will be looking for a new insurance company. overall, i had a good experience and would have continued with this company if my insurance did not increase so much.
