korotkin insurance group inc. has been providing me with excellent service for over 10 years. they are always responsive to my needs and have always provided me with the best rates. i highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company.
korotkin insurance group, inc. is an atrocious insurance agency!!! do not be fooled by their friendly demeanor. when you make a claim on your homeowner's insurance, they are negligent in returning your calls, investigating your claim, paying out your claim, and even returning your original phone call. their customer service is incompetent, rude, and downright nasty. i wouldn't recommend this insurance company to anyone!!!
