they prey on vulnerable people who don't know any better. i had to deal with ****** ****** who lied to me on the phone about the policy i was signing up for. when i asked questions, she dodged them. when i received the policy in the mail, i called to cancel. they tried to claim that i agreed to a 3-year contract. i never agreed to a contract. they are terrible. you can't get ahold of anyone. i have called several times, left several messages, and still don't have a call back. **** ****** finally called me back just to be incredibly rude and nasty with me. she admitted that i never agreed to a contract but still claims i can't cancel. she hung up on me.
i've been with tw group for 5 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. their customer service is top-notch, and they're always willing to go the extra mile to help me out. i recently had a claim, and they made the process as easy and painless as possible. i would highly recommend tw group to anyone looking for an insurance company.
