i had a very positive experience with r. j. galla, co. the staff was very professional and helpful. they were able to answer all of my questions and helped me find the right insurance policy for my needs. i would definitely recommend them to others.

r. j. galla, co., inc. avoids phone calls and emails. this agent's office staff is extremely rude. i called to ask about my homeowners insurance policy and was met with more attitude than i could handle. i've had nothing but problems with this agency. i would give them negative stars if i could.

i was referred to r. j. galla, co. by a friend. i was told they were excellent but have not had the best experience. i have been trying to cancel my auto insurance policy for four days. i called and left several messages but never received a call back. i then went to their physical office and was given the run around. the staff was more worried about socializing than taking care of their customers. i'm writing this review in hopes that they will reach out to me and resolve this issue.
