`i want to update my review from one star to five stars! i just spoke with agent mike s. and he was so very helpful and understanding of my situation. he went above and beyond to clear up all of my account issues and answered all of my questions. he was so kind and patient with me and i am so happy with the outcome! if you need an insurance agent, mike s. is your guy. mike s. is awesome! i highly recommend him. i spoke with him before about getting renter's insurance added to my existing auto policy. he was so helpful and gave me a great price. he was very responsive and answered all of my questions. when i called to add renter's insurance, he answered on the first ring and processed my request immediately. i'm so happy with the service i've received from him and i'm glad i switched to lupke insurance!`
