my doctor recommended me this service and i regret i didn't find out about it sooner. if only i knew they had a team of doctors, to whom i could have spoken with in spanish, without having to call and wait for somebody to translate or leave a voicemail and wait for a call back, i would have tried this service long time ago.
i needed to talk to a doctor and they told me over the phone that i had to wait. i m glad i didn't hang up. the wait was not long, and i spoke with a doctor and got my prescription right away. the doctor was very professional and answered all my questions. i'm very happy with the service provided by healthcare solutions team llc.
the people answering the phones are very courteous and attentive and routed me to a doctor in no time. the wait time to speak with a doctor was about 10 minutes. the doctor was very thorough and addressed all the issues i had. he prescribed me a medication and i m already feeling better after taking it. i highly recommend this service, especially if you have limited time and need to be seen by a doctor quickly.
