this agency did me wrong. after paying diligently on time through automatic payments they kicked me off my insurance without notice. while in the hospital recovering from surgery i got a letter saying my insurance was cancelled and needed to pay a huge reinstatement fee. i called repeatedly without any success and was ignored. i am very upset. i want an apology and financial compensation for my emotional distress. i do not recomend this agency.
