they have the absolute worst customer service and do not care at all about their customers. i have been with them for years and have paid on time every month. i recently had a claim and they have dragged their feet with every step of the process. i have had to call multiple times to get updates and they always give me the run around. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
they don't honor the policy they signed you for. they made me pay more than what they said i would and then changed the terms of my contract 5 months in. i want to cancel without penalty asap.
