i was very disappointed with the service i received from jc global financial inc. i was sold a policy that didn't meet my needs, and when i tried to cancel it, they refused to refund my money. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
jc global financial inc in fullerton ca is the absolute worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i was sold a policy for a hefty premium that they promised would cover all my needs. but when i filed a claim, they denied it, saying it wasn't covered after all. i called and emailed but they kept giving the run around. i tried contacting the ca department of insurance but they were no help either. the state of california needs to crack down on these crooked insurance companies.
