i contacted the agent about getting renters insurance for my new apartment. the agent was very unhelpful and actually started to get a bit nasty with me when i asked about how long it would take to get the insurance processed. never did get my insurance from them and will not be back. do not recommend this location at all.
horrible place to do business with. was quoted one price on the phone with all the coverages i was asking for. when i get there to sign all the paperwork, the price had gone up due to additional fees that were not discussed on the phone. this is a very shady agency. save yourself some time and frustration and go elsewhere.
