very disappointing experience. i had been a client of this insurance agency for over 10 years and was always satisfied with their service. however, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. i called to make a change to my policy and was met with rudeness and indifference. the person i spoke to was not helpful and seemed to be more interested in getting me off the phone as quickly as possible. i was so frustrated that i ended up canceling my policy and going with another insurance company.
