this agency is a joke! i had an insurance policy through them for over 10 years, and i never had any problems. but then i had a claim, and they denied it! i was so frustrated, and i didn't know what to do. i finally got a lawyer, and we were able to get the claim paid. but it was a long and difficult process, and i wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone.
