this company has been exceptional at helping me with all my insurance needs. i just recently obtained my renters insurance through them and the experience was fantastic. they were able to provide a great rate. they're always responsive and helpful. i would highly recommend this company!
ciraconnect insurance services is the worst company to work for. not only do they not pay their employees but they also try to overcharge their customers. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
the worst company to work with. they never get back to you, they prioritize everything other than work, you don’t get paid for hours you actually work and no compensation for travel. the “team lead” is the laziest person i’ve ever met and doesn’t know anything about the job or insurance, nothing gets resolved or followed up. they are shady and are misrepresenting themselves. don’t work here, and if you’re looking to get a policy find another company.
they run your credit report and they keep reporting on it, even after your insurance is up. my credit report dropped 68 points the month they ran it. i had no other inquires on my credit report the month they ran it, so i know for a fact that it is them. they are now refusing to fix it, saying that they "need more information" as to why it dropped. they have been rude and argumentative and have not provided any help or resolution.
