i was very hesitant to use this service for my father, especially since he is very resistant to any help at all. kathy was very patient and understanding and knew exactly how to approach him. we've only had 2 visits but he already feels much more comfortable and is starting to open up and participate in the activities. i'm very glad we found this service and so appreciative of kathy's expertise and kindness.
