had to call customer service to change my address and they were so incredibly rude. i've been a loyal customer for years but after this experience, i'm not sure if i'll be renewing my policy. they put me on hold for over 30 minutes and when they finally answered, they were short and dismissive. i'm really disappointed with the service i received.
