m h t llc is often the first to raise rates and the last to lower them. they raised my rate 25% this year, after a perfect driving history for 30 years, because of one 'at fault' accident last year. when i was looking at other carriers, i called them for my renewal price, which was 14% higher than the price from one of the insurance companies i called. so, the cheapest price i got from them was 14% higher than the cheapest price i got from anywhere else! i asked them to match the other company's price and they refused. so, i switched carriers. they did nothing to earn my business and they lost a customer who had been with them for years. their customer service is only good when you're happily paying your premiums. the moment you have an issue or need something from them, they treat you like you're an annoyance. buyer beware.
i had a very positive experience with m h t llc. i was in an accident and they were very helpful in getting my claim processed quickly and fairly. i would definitely recommend them to others.
