american special risk, llc customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. i have been a customer for over 10 years and i have never had a problem until now. i recently had a claim and the adjuster was incredibly rude and unhelpful. he made me feel like i was a criminal and he was doing me a favor by processing my claim. i will never do business with this company again.
