we use this agency for our small business insurance. they keep our rates competitive and are very responsive when we have questions. they've helped us through several claims and we've been very happy with their service.
tried to get renter's insurance and they never called me back. do not waste your time. i called and left a message, no call back. i called again and an agent answered but her system was down, she said she'd call back. no call back. i called one last time and a different agent answered, took my info again and said they'd call back in 15 minutes. they never did.
