fiai inc has been great and very helpfull. i first reached out to fiai in february 2021 due to the fact that i needed to obtain a surety bond for a contract that i had just won. i looked into using my bank initially. however, my bank informed me that they were unable to procure this type of bond. consequently, i searched online for companies that provided surety bonds and fiai was listed. i completed an online inquiry form and within an hour, i received a call from one of their agents. the agent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. the agent gathered the necessary information from me and explained the different types of surety bonds. she also informed me that they would be able to provide the bond that i needed. within a day, i received an email from fiai with a quote for the bond. the quote was reasonable and i decided to move forward with fiai. the agent then emailed me the necessary paperwork to complete. i completed the paperwork and returned it to fiai. within a few days, i received the bond. i was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of fiai. the agent was always available to answer my questions and provide me with updates. i would highly recommend fiai to anyone who needs to obtain a surety bond.
