i have been a customer of saunders-saunders & associates incorporated for 20 years, I decided to switch to them because the insurance company I was with at the time was raising my rates. well, I have had nothing but problems with them since day one. first of all, they lost my paperwork for three months, which caused my insurance to lapse. when I finally got them to find my paperwork, they had the wrong coverages on my policy. I have had to call them multiple times to get this corrected, and they still have not done so. I am very frustrated with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
