i wish i had read the other reviews on yelp before renting from this facility. unfortunately i was desperate for storage and no other places had any availability. that is the only reason i stayed with this place. upon moving in i noticed that the place was not as clean as i expected it to be. the floors were dirty and the unit had a musty smell. i immediately notified the manager and she said she would send someone to clean it but no one ever came. i also noticed that there were a lot of bugs and spiders in the unit. i complained to the manager again and she said she would send someone to spray but no one ever came. i ended up having to buy my own bug spray and spray the unit myself. the final straw was when i went to get some of my belongings out of the unit and i found that they had been damaged by water. the manager said that they would not be responsible for the damage and that i should have purchased insurance. i would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.
i have been a customer of this storage facility for over 5 years and i have always been happy with the service. the staff is friendly and helpful and the units are clean and secure. i would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone.
