i been with usaa for many many years and recently had a claim it took longer than i thought it should have been done. i am in a wheelchair and it was very difficult and dangerous for me to be without a vehicle. my main concern was the communication between the adjuster and myself. she was not up front with me on when i would get a rental car and how long my repairs would take. i contacted her several times and when she did call me back she acted like i was a bother to her. she promised me several times that my car would be delivered to the body shop by the end of the week and it was not. i also contacted the body shop and they said she told them they could not work on my car until the end of the week. after my experience with this adjuster i hope i don't have another claim
