arthur jones is literally the worst insurance agent i have ever had the displeasure of working with. i have been trying to get a simple renter's insurance policy for over a month now, and he has been nothing but unhelpful and rude. he has ignored my emails and phone calls, and when i finally did get him on the phone, he was extremely condescending and dismissive. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
