i have had nothing but the worst experience with this agency. i have been trying to collect on a life insurance policy for my mother, who passed away in march of 2022. i have been given the run around and have been unable to get a straight answer from anyone. i have been told that my mother's policy was not active, even though she had been paying on it for over 20 years. i have been told that i need to provide additional documentation, but no one can tell me what documentation is needed. i have been given multiple phone numbers to call, but no one ever answers the phone. i have even been hung up on. i am at my wit's end and do not know what else to do. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
