this agency is very good! i'd give them a great rating for their professional and friendly customer service. the quotes they provided me were very reasonable. i'll recommend them to my friends.
i don't recommend this company. it's not that their service is bad. it's just that i had a hard time communicating with them. the quotes they gave me were not to my satisfaction. the agents did not really seem interested in answering my questions.
i'd rate their service fairly good. i've experienced better customer service but i have to say that theirs is also not bad. the issue was that the rates they offered were a bit too high for my liking.
