the agent had good knowledge of the insurance section and was friendly and helpful. the only issue was he was not able to provide me a quote with an exact premium amount and asked me to call after 10 days to 2 weeks to get back to me with a final premium. that is not a very good customer experience as other companies provide quotes with specific details immediately.
i would recommend this agent. courteous staff and quick service.
