michael ackerman was very slow in answering my questions regarding our company's life insurance coverages. he often times missed the mark with answers to my questions and seemed to be more focused on telling me what he thought the answer should be instead of what it actually was. i would not recommend using this agent as far as our business is concerned.
henderson strategic financial insurance services was not able to furnish me with the homeowners insurance policy i requested. although their friendliness made me feel welcomed, i still need homeowners insurance, so i had to take my business elsewhere.
