i wish i researched more before purchasing a policy with this agency. i signed up for a policy in february. the agent told me i could pay my premium in monthly installments of $170. i called the insurance company to confirm my monthly payment, since this agency is not what their website makes them out to be. i was told that the monthly premium was $240. when i called the agency to ask why the premium was different. the agent said that was my monthly payment. when i threatened to cancel my policy, she changed her story and said she meant my semi-annual premium. i told her that is not what i understood and what i was told. the agent then hung up the phone. please do your due diligence before going with this agency or this insurance company, as i have not been impressed with either.
