i will never do business with this insurance agency 'YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE AGENCY INC' again. i recently filed a claim for water damage to my home. the claim was denied because the damage was not covered under my policy.i spoke to several customer service representatives, and they all gave me the same answer. i am very disappointed with the way my claim was handled. i will be switching to a different insurance company as soon as possible.
it is the worst! my experience with this insurance company 'YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE AGENCY INC' was the worst. the staff was rude and unhelpful. they lied to me about my coverage.i got no help from them when i needed it the most. i would not recommend this company to anyone. if i could give zero stars, i would!
