thompson insurance group of america, inc. is ok. their office is in a convenient location, but they are always busy. it's difficult to get a hold of the agent directly. the few times i called, i got their voicemail. it took them about 24 hours to call me back. i also got the same agent. i appreciate the consistency but i wish they had more agents so i don't have to call several times to get through.
