i have been with joshua david mellberg for over 15 years. i have always received excellent service and they have always been there for me when i needed them.
if i could give this place less than one star, i would! my girlfriend and i were treated so badly, i will NEVER return to this location ever again. i was looking for renter's insurance and was told they couldn't help me because i was not leasing a house (i was subletting for someone while they were out of the country). i explained that i did indeed need renter's insurance and that it didn't matter if i was subletting. the agent, emily, told me they couldn't help me. i then called corporate and they told me i could get renter's insurance through their company. when i called back to tell emily this, she told me she knew i could get renter's insurance through them but they just didn't want my business! i kid you not. she said i was wasting her time and i needed to stop calling. she then hung up on me. i called corporate back and filed a complaint and emily's manager called me and apologized. i was told emily would be 'talked to' but i am not sure what that means. i feel that this employee needs to be fired as she is rude, unprofessional, and should not be working with the public.
josh and his team are awesome, they will do everything they can to help their customers. their customer service is amazing and they really care about their clients.
