navy federal is the worst bank i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. they are rude, unhelpful, and incompetent. i would not recommend them to anyone. i opened an account with them a few years ago, and it has been nothing but a headache. they have lost my checks, charged me incorrect fees, and given me the runaround on multiple occasions. i have finally had enough and am closing my account. i would advise anyone considering opening an account with navy federal to look elsewhere.
