i have been a customer of bcf group inc for over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. the staff is friendly and helpful, and they have always been there for me when i needed them. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
i have had nothing but a hassle attempting to get a claim filed. every time i call, i am told someone else is handling it and will call back within 24 hours. this has been going on for 3 weeks. i have called 5 times and have yet to receive a call back. finally, i am so fed up that i am going to cancel my insurance. i hope this review saves someone else the headache.
