avoid this insurance agency. the insurance representatives are untrained and they do not process claims in a timely manner. they lost one of my claims and i had to resubmit 3 times. customer service is also lacking and they are rude when you contact them.
this insurance agency has been great to work with. they are always helpful and friendly. i have been with them for several years and have never had any problems.
